Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

The Queen of Sheba went to visit King Solomon. She brought her best gifts to honor him. She heard of the greatness of his kingdom. Although she came with her best, her best could not compare to Solomon’s kingdom. Blessed by the Lord, Solomon was the wealthiest man to ever walk the face of the earth. Although the queen of Sheba was prosperous, when she left Solomon’s Kingdom, she carried more out then what she came in with. The secret to becoming a rich man is to be a giver. When we look at what we have, we will always see our limits. We do not have enough money, time, patience, wisdom. Instead of being a giver, we hold onto what we do have and in the end, we lose it. Jesus says give and it will be given to you. When we decide to give, we begin to live off His kingdom. He supplies more then enough to us. God uses us to bless others. He rains down His blessings upon us and uses us to be a blessing to the nations. Stop looking at what you do not have. Become a rich man and give. Trust God that He will bring increase into your life. Let Him be the source of your prosperity. You will always have a reason to doubt and not give. Jobs will come and go, but God’s Word will never forsake you. You can trust Him. Give as He leads you and you will begin to live an abundant life. Just like the Queen of Sheba, you will carry out more then you came in with.

Prayer: Father, I thank you for your Word. It is more then enough. I will listen and obey. Use me Lord for your glory. Direct my hand to give. I will honor you with my tithes and bless others with my offerings. I thank you Lord Jesus for making me rich. In Jesus name, amen.
